3. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

“Personal Data” means any information that can either directly or indirectly identify a natural person, in this case, you, browsing the Website.

For the purposes described in further detail below, Angelini Beauty processes the following common personal data; in particular:

Regulatory Compliance

Defence of the Controller in judicial or extrajudicial proceedings and administrative proceedings.

The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Controller to protect its rights.

6. TO WHOM DO WE COMMUNICATE YOUR DATA?

Your personal data may be communicated to suppliers engaged by Angelini Beauty for the maintenance and management of the Website.
Furthermore, your data may be transmitted to Angelini Holding S.p.A., the parent company of the Angelini Industries Group, which offers services (including ICT) to its subsidiaries, including Angelini Beauty.

These subjects act as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28, GDPR, on the basis of the instructions provided by the Controller and the agreements established for this purpose.

Where required by law, your data may also be disclosed to other companies, competent authorities or public bodies located within the European Economic Area, which will process said data for their own purposes as independent data controllers.

7. FOR HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Your personal data are stored in accordance with the principle of proportionality and restriction of processing until the processing purposes described herein are fulfilled. In particular:

Website management: your data will be kept for as long as is strictly necessary for the management and optimisation of the Website.
Fulfilment of a legal obligation/defence of rights: your data will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfil any legal or regulatory obligations incumbent on the Controller and/or necessary for the defence of rights in court.

9. WHAT COOKIES DO WE USE ON THE WEBSITE
