“Personal Data” means any information capable of directly or indirectly identifying a natural person, in this case you, as a user browsing the Website.

For the purposes described in greater detail below, the Controller processes the following categories of ordinary personal data, in particular:

6. WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?

Your personal data may be disclosed to service providers appointed by the Controller for the maintenance and management of the Website, as well as to ICT service providers. Such parties act as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR, on the basis of the instructions provided by the Controller and the agreements entered into for such purpose. Where required by law, your data may also be disclosed to other companies, competent authorities or public bodies located within the European Economic Area, which will process such data for their own purposes as independent data controllers.

 

7. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?

Your personal data are retained in compliance with the principles of proportionality and storage limitation until the purposes described in this privacy notice have been fulfilled. In particular:

  • Website Management: your data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the management and optimisation of the Website.
